The "Forum of CIS Youth Organizations" was held with the participation of leading youth organizations of the CIS member countries within the framework of the international event program "Gabala - Youth Capital of the CIS for 2025: A Celebration of Diversity and Unity".

CIS Youth Organizations Forum Held in Gabala
​The "CIS Youth Organizations Forum" was held in Gabala as part of the international event program "Gabala – CIS Youth Capital for 2025: Celebration of Diversity and Unity," with the participation of leading youth organizations from CIS member states.
​The forum commenced with the national anthem, followed by official speeches.
​Key Speakers and Discussions
​Speakers at the event included Indira Hajiyeva, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Rafael Hajibayli, Chairman of the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA); and Tatiana Kovalyova, Head of the Department for Cooperation in Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth Affairs within the Humanitarian Cooperation, General Political, and Social Issues Department of the CIS Executive Committee.
​Yulia Kirpichenko, Head of the Organizational, Personnel, Legal, and International Cooperation Department of the Central Committee of the "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" Public Association, and Nodir Khojiev, Head of the Youth Affairs Department of Tashkent Province, also shared their insights.
​During the speeches, discussions focused on projects implemented in youth policy, international cooperation, tourism, culture, and sports, as well as common challenges faced by youth at the regional level and solutions to these issues.
​Networking and Collaborative Projects
​The forum continued with a networking session where participants engaged in an extensive exchange of ideas regarding common youth problems in their respective regions. Following this, participants were divided into groups according to the program. They analyzed youth policy models applied in their represented countries and collaborated on and presented joint projects that could be mutually implemented.
