A training entitled "Application of Agile Methodology in Projects" was held within the framework of the "Strengthen the Potential of Organizations" project.
During the event, participants were introduced to the main principles, advantages and application of various frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) of the "Agile" methodology, presented by trainer Fehruz Jabrayilov.
