Within the framework of the “UrbanVisions” International Youth Forum held on December 6-8, projects prepared for two areas specified in the 2040 Master Plan of Baku were presented. A total of 60 young people participated in the forum, 30 of whom were international participants representing 11 different countries. The projects were evaluated for sustainability, creativity and potential for application.

In the end, the 3rd and 6th teams were declared winners by the decision of the jury and the winners were presented with prizes.

Within the framework of the forum, participants worked together with experts to develop environmentally sustainable and human-oriented urban planning concepts. The projects were developed based on both theoretical knowledge and practical solutions.

This event took place with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in partnership with the Youth Foundation and the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, and organized by NAYORA. The forum was held within the framework of the grant competition announced by the Ministry of Youth and Sports for youth organizations for 2024.

The UrbanVisions forum became a platform where new approaches in urban planning were presented through the joint collaboration of international and local youth.
