The “Active Youth Academy” was held within the framework of the “Together for the Future #SocialActivity and Development Program” project. On the second day of the project, the “Active Youth Academy” was held, where Hikmet Gafarov, Mushvig Tariverdiyev and Elnara Aliyeva, who work with youth, conducted training sessions on social activism, leadership, teamwork and career planning. During the training, familiarization and communication games, group tasks that strengthened mutual cooperation, interactive activities that encouraged the exchange of ideas and project presentations were held among the participants. These activities allowed young people to get to know each other better, build teamwork effectively, develop creative thinking and decision-making skills, as well as gain practical knowledge on leadership and career planning.
