In 2025, the city of Gabala has been officially declared the Youth Capital of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). To mark this occasion, an international event program titled "Gabala – CIS Youth Capital 2025: A Triumph of Diversity and Unity" will be held in Gabala. This event will take place at an international level, with the participation of youth organizations from our country and CIS member states.

We invite you to actively participate in this international event program and to present your organization and initiatives!
