A training on "Team Building and Communication Skills" was organized for the youth of the "XV Volunteering" program of the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA). 🤩

During the training, participants were informed about the points to be considered during team building, the main principles of effective teamwork, the importance of successful teamwork and application techniques. In addition, the methods used to strengthen relationships within the team and develop communication skills were explained.

📌 At the end of the training, the participants applied the topic through practical games and discussed the topic of the day.
