The National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA) organized a “Yoga Masterclass” dedicated to World Health Day. 🧘🏻
At the event, youth and representatives of youth organizations were introduced to useful methods on proper breathing techniques, the effect of yoga on nutrition, stress reduction, and initial yoga techniques under the guidance of professional yoga instructor Elchin Guliyev.
