The closing ceremony for the "CIS Countries' Youth Camp" was held in Lachin.

The event, which began with the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, continued with official speeches. Speakers at the ceremony included:

 * Masim Mammadov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin District.

 * Farrukh Jumayev, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Culture.

 * Rafael Hajibayli, Chairman of the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA).

 * Elvira Dolya, Deputy Executive Director of the Interstate Foundation for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS.

 * Ordukhan Gahramanzadeh, Head of the Youth Organizations Department of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the speeches, it was emphasized that large-scale infrastructure projects are being implemented in Lachin under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. It was noted that the conditions created in the city for the development of youth talents and skills, and for the effective organization of their leisure time, expand their creative opportunities. It was also mentioned that the project fostered stronger cooperation and new ideas among creative young people.

The camp was a joint effort organized by the Ministry of Culture, the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Interstate Foundation for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS, and NAYORA. Young people from Azerbaijan, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan, participated in the project.
