Representatives of state institutions, leaders and representatives of NAYORA member youth organizations, as well as families of martyrs and veterans will participate in the event.

Within the framework of the congress, discussions will be held on the role of youth organizations in the Great Return and reconstruction process, as well as discussions on youth social initiatives, a video demonstration on youth activities in Karabakh, and an artistic composition called "Victory Voice" will be staged.
