In 2000, in order to participate more actively in the democratization and civil society building process implemented by the Republic Leadership, a public union was established based on the common interests of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, volunteerism, equal rights of members, and self-governance. The main goal of the union is to provide information and consultation services to young accountants. The union organizes seminars, training sessions, and courses on finance, accounting, and taxation for young accountants and works on employment for them. Additionally, it provides free consultation assistance on tax legislation, finance, and accounting to vulnerable and sensitive groups, including refugees and internally displaced persons, martyrs' families, and their children.
