In 2004, several Azerbaijani students with European integration ideals initiated the opening of a local antenna and already that year, together with the European team, they implemented several small-scale events. During its activity, AEGEE-Baku has implemented many youth exchange programs that have made a significant contribution to the integration of Azerbaijani youth into Europe. The organization was registered by the Ministry of Justice on August 10, 2007 (registration number 1107-Q19-2432).
