"Azerbaijan Scouts Association" (ASA) was established on October 11, 1997 and was admitted as a full member of the World Scout Movement on August 20, 2000.

"Azerbaijan Scouts Association" Public Union is an organization that aims to ensure the spiritual, mental and physical development of young people, to bring them to perfection and to educate them as worthy citizens. To achieve this goal, "Azerbaijan Scouts Association" organizes various programs, trainings and activities. The Association forms the personality of young people by teaching them the basic principles and values ​​of scouts (trust, friendship, cooperation, respect and responsibility).
Scouting activities promote young people's love for nature and a lifestyle in harmony with nature. Through these activities, young people learn to solve problems and develop leadership skills.
