The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Azerbaijan Representation was established in 2014 as an initiative group, registered as the 38th member country of the Erasmus Student Network in 2015, and was officially registered as a public union by the Ministry of Justice on October 31, 2019. Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is the largest volunteer student association in Europe. ESN was founded on October 16, 1989, and officially registered in 1990. Currently, ESN represents around 1,000 higher education institutions in 42 countries. The main goal of the organization is to promote youth mobility (Erasmus+) and study abroad programs, support the integration of foreign students coming to our country into our society, foster intercultural dialogue, create opportunities for self-development for young people, and make inclusive education accessible for them. As an international organization, our organization holds meetings with representatives from member countries every year in various countries. These events are primarily focused on adopting internal regulations of the organization, discussing various international projects, and enhancing the knowledge and skills of its members.
